Ingredients required:
1 Cup / 100g split cashews,
Soaked in hot water for 20-25 minutes
2 medium / 150g tomato, chopped
Entire packet of Suhana Kaju Curry Mix (50g)
Cup / 100ml Milk
4 tbsp oil
1 cup / 200ml water
For garnishing: 1 tbsp fresh chopped coriander
How to make:
- Make a paste of Suhana Kaju Curry Mix with milk and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add tomato and cook for 4-5 minutes or till oil oozes out.
- Add cashew and saute for a minute. Add paste and cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame.
- Add water mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium flame or till gravy thickens.
- Garnish with coriander. Serve piping hot with India breads such as parathas or naans.

Suhana Tip:
- You can also make Kaju Dhingri Masala using mushrooms along with cashew.
- After opening transfer, the contents into an airtight container. Store in a cool and dry place.
