Description
- WHAT IS INSIDE: Only dried hibiscus flower and nothing else, with no added flavour, colour or preservatives. Packed near Darjeeling by Hill Queen Tea, since 1962
- TASTE AND AROMA: Ruby red and tangy, with a fruity, cranberry like tartness and a crisp, clean finish. Lovely plain, with a little honey or with a slice of lemon
- WHEN TO ENJOY: Lovely in the morning, after meals or as a ruby iced tea. Naturally caffeine free, so it suits late evenings too
- FOR YOUR WEIGHT LOSS ROUTINE: No sugar, no milk and no caffeine, a light hibiscus tea for weight loss and slimming diet plans. Swap one sweet drink a day for a cup, hot or iced
- HOW TO BREW: Use 1 g per cup (add more for a stronger cup) in 180 to 200 ml water at 90 to 95 degrees C and steep for 4 to 5 minutes, then strain. For iced tea, brew double strength and pour over ice. Each 20 g pouch makes 20+ cups
