These are breakfast food option which resembles the same as the thin noodles. We can make many dishes with vermicelli. It can also be taken as a kheer, mixed with hot milk with sugar and pinch of saffron for added flavour.
Vermicelli need to be soaked in hot water or even boiled. Drain the water and use it. It can be soaked for about 5 minutes and then be used as a normal food prepared with tampering with mustard and urid dhal.
